Tampa, FL. – Terrence A. Bostic, senior counsel in the Tampa office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was a featured speaker at the 6th Annual Independent Broker Dealer Consortium, which took place in San Diego from October 29-31, 2014 at the Grand Del Mar. He presented with Gerry Kowalski from the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Mr. Bostic, who has focused his 30-year practice on securities litigation and arbitration, white collar criminal defense and all manner of commercial litigation, discussed cyber security issues impacting securities brokers and broker-dealers.
Mr. Bostic has handled hundreds of cases involving complex litigation and appeals in federal and state courts, before arbitration and mediation panels and before government, regulatory and corporate investigatory bodies.
After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1975, he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1980 with his juris doctor degree. He was awarded the Benton Beck award for outstanding trial advocacy.
