Overhead Door Company of Tampa Bay has partnered with Metropolitan Ministries, Little Red Wagon Foundation, and Feeding America Tampa Bay to raise 1 million pounds of food in 24 hours!
Overhead Door Company of Tampa Bay has been serving the Tampa Bay community since 1951 as the area’s oldest garage door company. It is a family run business that has been owned and operated by Bob Briesacher for 23 years. As a company who highly values faith and hope, they know that giving back to the Tampa Bay community is very important. By partnering with Metropolitan Ministries this holiday season, they now have the opportunity to share their goodwill and help those in need.
With the “Food for A Million Food Drive” that will take place on Nov. 7 and 8th., Overhead Door Company of Tampa Bay is enlisting the help of their customers. They are offering $10 Off all service calls with the donation of three or more non-perishable food items from October 20th to December 23rd. In their Tampa showroom, you’ll find those famous Metropolitan Ministries’ food barrels and they are already overflowing with food. “We are excited to support the community that has supported us for the past twenty three years,” said Bob Briesacher, CEO. “We are also excited about the eagerness of our staff and customers that filled our two barrels in the first week!”
Overhead Door Company of Tampa Bay wants to fill its food barrels every week and want the community’s help. So, how can you help? You have several options to participate and receive a $10 Off credit or coupon. First, you can call 813-885-DOOR to schedule a garage door service, maintenance, or installation and the technicians will take the food from you at the time of your service or installation. Also, you can visit them at their Tampa showroom located at 7701 Ann Ballard Rd. Tampa, Fl 33634 and drop off your non-perishable food items in the holiday barrels.
