Winter Haven, Fla. — Lennar Homes is offering potential home buyers some big incentives to buy at Traditions, the master-planned community overlooking Lake Ruby on U.S. 27 in Winter Haven.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said new home buyers this month will receive up to six percent of purchase price towards closing costs.
On sales of select Manor homes at Traditions, Lennar will pre-pay Home Owner Association fees for up to two years—that means use of the Traditions Olympic-size swimming pool, fitness and aerobics facilities, baseball, tennis and bocce ball courts and boat docks, as well as the community’s 19,000 square foot clubhouse—without an HOA fee for two years.
Lennar recently opened two new Executive model homes at Traditions. The Ascot model features two bedrooms and two baths in 1,779 square feet of living area, priced from $209,900 with a two-car garage. The Kennedy model, priced from $233,990 with 2,277 square feet of living space, offers four bedrooms and three baths along with a three-car garage.
Lennar is building nine distinctive single-family floor plans at Traditions in its Manors, Executive and Estate home collections.
New homes at Traditions are priced from the $140s and range in size from 1,100 square feet of living area to 2,500 square feet.
All new homes at Traditions come with the homebuilder’s “Everything’s Included” pledge: a wide range of GE energy smart appliances, special features and luxury upgrades at the one Lennar price.
