Lowman has been an advocate of breast cancer research and has made it her personal commitment to increasing breast cancer awareness throughout Tampa Bay.

Pemble has been a tireless proponent for the American Heart Association during the past twelve years, and has held a variety of board and leadership positions within that organization.
