Wiand, the court-appointed Receiver tasked with marshalling the assets of Tri-Med Corporation and related entities (State of Florida, Office of Financial Regulation v. Tri-Med Corporation, et al., Pinellas County Circuit Court, FL, Case No. 14-001695-CI), has been authorized to sell and is now accepting bids for the purchase of a 2013 Siemens Compact L C-Arm. The medical equipment will be sold to the highest bidder at the conclusion of a ten-day bidding window which will begin on October 28, 2014 and end at 5:00pm Eastern Time on November 7, 2014.
