SARASOTA, FL (Oct. 24, 2014) – The Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (CWC-FPRA) hosts “Coffee Talk,” a peer networking gathering open to the public on November 7, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at Black Gold Coffee Roasters, 2385 East Venice Avenue, Venice, FL. The event is sponsored by Visit Sarasota County.
PR and marketing professionals are invited to discuss project ideas and gain valuable feedback from an outsider’s perspective as they “talk shop” in an informal, coffee house setting.
There is no fee to attend, please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, non-perishable food items will be collected for donation to All Faiths Food Bank.
The Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) has been serving Florida public relations professionals for 70 years, having been founded in 1938 by Lt. Col. John W. Dillin. FPRA is the oldest public relations organization in the United States. There are 15 professional chapters and many university chapters located throughout Florida, including the Central West Coast Chapter. The Central West Coast Chapter was formed in 1966 and has more than 80 members from Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto counties.
