–Promotions coupled with new hire mark another step forward for company–
St. Petersburg, Fla. (October 16, 2014) — Vita Lipari and Robb Salvant of Clearwater-based P.J. Callaghan Construction were each promoted to Vice President this month. Additionally, Algis Stonys was hired as a new superintendent, bringing a decade of experience.
Lipari began work for P.J. Callaghan in 2005 after moving to the Tampa Bay area from New York where she was a project manager working in the transit, waste management and electrical union. Lipari’s key responsibilities are in the design phase, where she sits with clients and discusses their needs, works with them through the permitting process, and manages projects from ground up.
Salvant originally started with P.J. Callaghan in the mid-‘90s, then after a leave of absence returned to the company in 2007. Salvant maintains a plant facility for a global beverage company, where he directs the crew, manages subcontractors, coordinates the work schedule for the plant and ensures compliance with FDA requirements.
Related to the recent promotions, P.J. Callaghan has also added an experienced new member to its team: Algis Stonys comes aboard as a Superintendent, bringing with him ten-plus years of senior-level field experience. Stonys has worked with several Bay-area construction companies and has served as Superintendent on a wide variety of projects.
