BRADENTON, Fla. – The Bradenton Area Economic Development Corp. (EDC) will present mental toughness expert and author Justin Su’a in a keynote address at the organization’s Annual Update Reception on October 23, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Bradenton Area Convention Center, One Haben Boulevard in Palmetto.
From Olympic athletes to Navy Seals, high performing individuals train their minds to perform at a high level when it matters most. Su’a, in charge of mental conditioning for athletes at IMG Academy, will reveal the strategies that high-performers use to cultivate a culture of excellence, remain resilient through adversity, and stay positive in the present.
