CLEARWATER, Fla., Sept. 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tech Data
Corporation (Nasdaq:TECD) today announced an expanded agreement with
Oracle to provide Oracle’s suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud
applications to resellers in the United States through the company’s
TDCloud business unit. The announcement was made in conjunction with
Oracle OpenWorld, taking place this week in San Francisco, California.

Through the agreement, Tech Data will offer the following Oracle SaaS
solutions:

— Oracle Service Cloud: Delivers exceptional multi-channel customer
experiences across the web, social networks and contact centers via the

customers the power to manage the support channels that matter most in
their business, while helping drive customer satisfaction through
delivery of highly branded, configured and customized experiences.
— Oracle Global HR Cloud: Part of Oracle HCM Cloud, enables end users to
design a global foundation for Human Resources (HR) data and improved
business processes, delivering a robust set of functionalities that help
transform HR practices through enhanced productivity and business
performance, while lowering the cost of capital.
— Oracle Talent Management Cloud: One of the industry’s broadest
cloud-based talent management platforms, Oracle Talent Management Cloud,
part of Oracle HCM Cloud, helps organizations manage the entire employee
