The law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of Bradley J. Ellis as a new associate attorney. He officially joined the firm on August 18th and concentrates his practice in the areas of land use and zoning, construction, governmental liability, commercial and general civil litigation, and appeals.
Mr. Ellis graduated cum laude in 2007 from University of Florida Levin College of Law and summa cum laude in 2003 from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Criminology. He comes to the West Coast having served for nearly seven years as an associate attorney for a West Palm Beach law firm, where he practiced in various areas of commercial litigation, construction defects, governmental liability, premises liability, products liability, and appeals. Mr. Ellis is an Eagle Scout (1993) with the Boy Scouts of America and continues to volunteer with the BSA on a local, state, and national level. Mr. Ellis will also be assuming the administration of Icard
Merrill’s pro bono Guardian Ad Litem program serving the 12th Judicial Circuit for children involved in high-conflict divorce and custody cases in the Circuit’s Family Law Division.
