SARASOTA, Fla. – Neal Communities (www.nealcommunities.com), southwest Florida’s most experienced homebuilder for over 40 years, promoted Jason Frost to vice president of land acquisitions and recently hired Elayne McKinney and Bill Panebianco as area sales managers.
Originally from Tampa, Fla., Frost has 12 years experience in land acquisitions, including procurements for a national homebuilder and local commercial developer. In his new role, Frost is responsible for acquiring land and homesites to supply the homebuilding business.
Previously, Frost also worked in hospitality and consulting in Hong Kong, Chengdu and Shanghai China for five years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies from Northwestern University.
McKinney, a second-generation real estate consultant, brings over 10 years experience to Neal Communities while Panebianco has over 25 years experience in sales and sales management.
In their new roles, the two will oversee and manage Neal Communities’ team of established sales professionals, including training, planning, scheduling and setting and attaining goals. Panebianco will manage a team of 12 talented new-home sales counselors in the neighborhoods of Woodbrook, Fairfield, Central park and Grand Palm. McKinney will supervise a team of 12 in the communities of Eagle Trace, Forrest Creek, River’s Reach, Silverleaf and Sugar Mill Lakes.

Prior to joining Neal Communities, McKinney was president and franchise owner of America’s Largest Home Staging Company. She built and managed a team, earning accolades including Fastest Production Time, Circle of Excellence, President’s Club Award and Franchise of The Year.
Before that, she was a regional sales manager for a national builder and developer. A graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Real Estate Management Program, McKinney was named by The Institute of Residential Marketing as a designated member, the highest designation earned by the National Association of Home Builders.
Prior to joining Neal Communities, Panebianco worked with a regional builder where he led a sales team and increased sales over 200 percent increase.
With almost 10 years of experience in new home sales, he has worked with national, regional and local builders and has won several accolades, including a Pinnacle award for best ‘New Home Advertisement.’
He is a licensed Florida real estate agent and a member of two local Realtor boards. He’s also a member of the sales and marketing committee at the National Association of Home Builders. Panebianco received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University.
