(August 21, 2014) – RMC Property Group (RMC) is pleased to announce that Nicholas Roth, a respected veteran of the retail real estate industry, has recently joined the company as Vice President of Leasing. He brings a wealth of experience from his 21 years in the commercial real estate business, half of which he has spent working in Florida. During his career, he has represented both tenants and landlords in the leasing and development of properties throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Roth joins RMC from Sandor in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he was its U.S Director of Leasing. In that role, he created an entirely new department structure, and managed the leasing and marketing for an eight million square foot retail and office portfolio across 25 states. Roth also worked previously in landlord representation as Director of Leasing/Florida with Edens & Avant and as Senior Vice President of Leasing/Florida with Equity One.
Roth has significant in-house tenant representation expertise in marketing planning, development, and lease/contract negotiation for various types of retail transactions for Office Depot, Yum! Brands (KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut/L.J. Silver’s/A&W), and Einstein Brothers Bagels, as well for Eckerd as a Build-to-Suit Project Manager for the Sembler Company.

Roth holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Indiana University.
