Through August 2014, the culinary team at Michael’s On East will present a specialty menu delivering innovative cuisine derived from the diverse regions of Chile. Traditional flavors and spices of the country are melded to create this unique dining exploration. A three-course Chilean Epicurean Adventure dinner menu will be featured for $34.95 per person as well as a two-course lunch menu for $18.95 per person.
“The expanse and beauty of Chile’s coastline with its abundance of fresh seafood, and the European and Middle Eastern flavor influencers in their culture offers a wonderful opportunity for our Chef to create a menu that will delight the palate of all,” explains Michael Klauber.
For a limited time, the Restaurant will be offering two wines, Chardonnay “Select Terroir, Santa Ema, CL 2013 and Merlot “Select Terroir”, Santa Ema, CL, 2012, from Chile as specialty wine pairings. These featured wines made with select grapes from the Maipo Valley complement the seafood and meat items on the menu and are available for $10 during dinner and $5 per pairing during lunch.
