Fran Taylor is pleased to announce the appointment of Al Mosher as his National Director of Sales. “Al Mosher is an industry veteran with experience at both the dealership level and as a trainer and speaker. I’m pleased to be able to add Al’s talents and abilities to our team”, Taylor said. “He will be working with both our dealership training clients at Taylor Techniques and spearheading the expansion of our highly-successful training workshops, 30 Sales A Month”, he continued.
“Fran Taylor is widely known as the ‘King of Prospecting’ and I am deeply honored he has chosen me to assist him in growing his business even further”, said Mosher. “Fran’s in-dealership training has assisted dealers in doubling, and sometimes tripling, their volume. His ’30 Sales A Month’ workshops have helped salespeople sell 30, 40 and even 50 cars in a month. It’s incredibly exciting to become a part of that”, Mosher added.
Taylor said Mosher will begin working on developing a schedule of upcoming ’30 Sales A Month’ workshops for the balance of 2014 and early 2015. “We will be touring the country with a workshop every month or every other month”, said Taylor. He also added that Mosher would be presenting at these conferences and assisting him with in-dealership training as time allowed. “Al has been training car dealers and their employees for over 10 years and I want to take advantage of that experience, as well”, Taylor added.
As an automotive salesperson, Fran Taylor was consistently salesman of the year, often selling more than 50 units a month. After getting the attention of executives at Toyota, Fran was hired by Toyota of Canada to teach his selling skills all across Canada and for the past almost 40 years has worked with some of the biggest dealers across Canada and the US. Fran and his company, Taylor Techniques, are one of the premier training companies in the automotive business. Taylor Techniques is based in Harrisburg, PA.
Al Mosher spent almost 15 years working at car dealerships. He progressed from salesperson to Sales Manager to F&I Manager and eventually to General Manager before moving over to the vendor side of the business as a consultant and trainer. He has worked with hundreds of dealers across the country, helping them to improve their businesses. He founded his own training company, Success 8760, last year and was certified as one of the first Gitomer Certified Advisors by world-renowned trainer and sales expert Jeffrey Gitomer. Success 8760 is based in Bradenton, FL.
