(Southwest Florida) – Robert K. Lincoln, a member of the law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., will be a faculty presenter at the 17th annual Land Use Law Conference on August 21st at the Sheraton Riverwalk in Tampa. Mr. Lincoln will provide an overview of the latest and pending cases related to land use law, and will discuss recent court decisions and their possible influence on land use and development in Florida. The conference is produced by CLE International, a leading provider of continuing professional education for more than 30 years.
Mr. Lincoln has been a member of Icard Merrill since 2004. He represents public and private clients in all aspects of the land development process, with a focus on complex land use, zoning approvals and litigation. With an extensive academic and professional background in planning, zoning and growth management, he has written, published and lectured extensively on land use topics. Mr. Lincoln has been a resident of Sarasota since 1977 and was recently appointed to the New College Foundation Board of Directors.
