Tidewater Preserve’s Riverfront neighborhood of single-family Estate homes has proven popular since its recent introduction. Two of the seven homesites recently released in the second phase have already sold, according to WCI Communities, which is developing the 373-acre gated master-planned community along the Manatee River in Bradenton.
Planned for only 29 homes, Riverfront offers homesites overlooking the river and a natural conservation area. The neighborhood’s initial phase is located close to Tidewater Preserve’s amenity center and the scenic River Walk, which meanders through nature preserves en route to a riverfront observation deck.
Riverfront’s three Estate floor plans include one- and two-story designs offering three bedrooms, dens and formal dining rooms within 2,889 to 3,845 square feet of living space. Outdoor living areas are designed to showcase the views.
The Estate homes feature large owner’s suites with his-and-her walk-in closets and master bathrooms offering a water closet, separate garden tub and shower. Open kitchens are designed to blend with adjoining great rooms and offer breakfast nooks, in-room dining at freestanding island breakfast bars and walk-in pantry closets.
Coffered ceilings are offered in select rooms, and plan-specific features include a split-entry design and three-car garage.
Riverfront’s two two-story plans also offer bonus and flex spaces for homebuyers to create sitting areas, game and hobby rooms, and additional guest rooms. Each Estate floor plan offers numerous options to expand lanais and garages, add summer kitchens, butler’s pantries and French doors, and reconfigure kitchen island countertop heights.
The two-story Roanoke is now open as a fully furnished model home featuring interior design by Builders Design.
