TAMPA, Fla.—Port Tampa Bay is pleased to announce that Gonzalo Padron has been hired as the new Director of Marketing & Business Development – Latin America. Mr. Padron has over 20 years of experience in the maritime and trade sector, including with DHL Forwarding, Datamyne, PIERS, Seaboard Marine, and Tecmarine. Fluently bilingual, and with a strong background in trade data analysis and account management, Mr. Padron’s responsibilities will include Port Tampa Bay’s outreach and liaison with beneficial cargo owners and ocean carriers, with a particular focus on trade with Latin America.
