GTE Financial was selected by the Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) for two of its 2014 awards: a Silver award for Image Enhancement, and a Bronze award for Best Logo. MAC has been recognizing outstanding marketing achievements since 1986.
“It means so much to be awarded and recognized for our credit union’s marketing efforts, creativity, and results,” says Mandy Zurbrick, vice president of Member Marketing and Promotion for GTE Financial. “Others in our industry are doing remarkable things, so it’s a real honor to have been selected twice from among so many great submissions.”
GTE’s International Credit Union Day free gas promotion on October 17 of last year was recognized for the Image Enhancement category. Their Get Fit program logo, designed by in-house graphic artist Christopher Anderson, was recognized for Best Logo.
The annual marketing awards competition recognized successful promotions across 17 categories and in three credit union asset-size categories. GTE was a winner among credit unions with more than $1 billion in assets. To view the winning submissions visit http://www.macnetwork.org.
