HR&DC CEO Jim Lange Announces Northwater Consulting Alliance for Applied Science and Engineering Expertise on Water and Environmental Challenges in Haiti.

A US-based registered small business of applied science and engineering experts that address water and environmental challenges around the world, Northwater Consulting will advise HR&DC’s executive team on water-centric issues in Haiti, function as facilitator of work product and physical outcomes and provide innovative country-wide planning and policy writing for select HR&DC initiatives.
