Sarasota, Fla. July 8, 2014—Insignia Bank celebrated the opening of their new Bradenton Loan Production Office with a Manatee County Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening on Tuesday, June 17, 2014.
It was a great celebration with over 200 of Bradenton’s business leaders attending the outdoor event at 1301 6th Ave West. Food and drink were enjoyed as attendees enjoyed the sounds of the Billy Rice band.
Right in the heart of downtown Bradenton, the new loan office presents a great opportunity to build the bank’s client base in Manatee County and is a convenient location for those customers. Focusing on Commercial and Residential loans, the Insignia Bank Bradenton Loan Production office will tailor their products to fit the customer’s needs.
There are currently three lenders working out of the office, with plans to add more staff as needed. Rochelle Lewis and Jeff Chapin are both Commercial Lenders and Steve Smith is in Residential Lending.
“It was great to have such a large turn-out for the event,” said Charles G. Brown III, Chairman and CEO of Insignia Bank. “We look forward to expanding our customer base in Manatee County and providing them with our brand of customized products and service.”
