He brings to the CBCSRE Forestry Group clients a strong public and private sector experience with Florida land and conservation. In addition, Houder will be offering forestry and natural resource management expertise to private and public forest landownership through the services of Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc. Lynetta Griner, president of the Florida Forestry Association says of Houder, “Charlie has helped introduce the concept of working Conservation Easements to landowners in North Central Florida. Working for a public agency, he has the unique experience in balancing the restoration and protection needs of the resource against the public’s right to access and recreational use.
Houder’s addition to the company cements the firm’s place in the industry as an authority on Florida land, conservation, and timber.
Teamed with both Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc., offering his forestry and natural resource management expertise to private and public forest landownership, and now Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, broker and owner of CBCSRE, Houder becomes the ninth forester to work within the CBCSRE Forestry Group network.
Houder’s desire to continue influencing the appropriate stewardship and productive use of Florida’s forestland continues through his association with both companies.
