TAMPA, FL — James Lynch has been named a Senior Supervising Construction Engineer in the Tampa office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering, and program/construction management organization.
In his new position, Mr. Lynch will develop and manage contracts for the supply and installation of equipment, material, and processes in support of power, energy, and facility projects. He has 30 years’ experience in mechanical/environmental engineering, with extensive knowledge of product development, engineering execution, procurement management, field installation and contraction methods, plant start-up, performance testing, environmental permitting, and certification validation of process design requirements. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a Lead Mechanical Engineer with an international engineering firm, working on the specification and installation of process equipment at fertilizer plants in Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Lynch received a B.S.in thermal and environmental engineering from Southern Illinois University.
