Lakewood Ranch, Fla. – Neal Communities, the area’s largest and most established, locally-owned and operated private builder, is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Caldwell to Director of Sales.

Caldwell joined Neal Communities as the Area Sales Manager in February 2012 and has effectively assisted in motivating and leading the Neal sales team to record setting success. As Director of Sales, she will lead a team of more than 30 people, plus two area sales managers, and two online sales counselors, from Ellenton to Englewood. Her role will focus on strategic planning for sales, enhancing the sales process, and continuing to ensure a structure to help reach goals each month.
Before joining Neal Communities in 2012, Caldwell was a sales manager for a national home builder as well as a sales and marketing director for a developer. As a licensed Florida Broker and Realtor®, she has a 13-year background in real estate and a bachelors degree in business management and marketing from Columbia Southern University.

With 77 new home sales in May, Neal celebrated its best April on record in 2014, and has continued to break sales records year after year.
Recently reaching the top 50 list of home builders nationwide, Neal Communities is experiencing a record year of growth in which the homebuilder has added more than 60 new jobs to its Lakewood Ranch based new home building company. At the helm of the sales team, Caldwell will continue to recruit top talent in her new role.

More people are selling up North than they were last year, so I think we are going to have a great summer and an even better fall going into season as we continue to see an increase of people moving to the area,” she said.
