TAMPA, Fla. — Avalon Park West, Wesley Chapel’s fastest growing traditionally designed community, announced D.R. Horton recently completed construction of its first model home in the pedestrian-friendly community that Avalon Park Group is developing on S.R. 54 in Wesley Chapel.
Eric Marks, senior vice president of Avalon Park Group, said D.R. Horton’s first model is now open in the Cypress Village neighborhood of Avalon Park West where the homebuilder plans to build 56 new homes.
D.R. Horton plans to offer five distinctive floor plans ranging from 2,045 to 3,576 square feet, with a three-car garage option and prices starting in the $270s.
D.R. Horton joins Avex Homes, which has been building since its grand opening in early 2013.
