WINTER PARK, Fla. — Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a real estate services firm based in Winter Park, is expanding to include a maintenance division.
Anthony Fisher, vice president of Hold-Thyssen in the Orlando region, said he plans to expand the department significantly over the next 24 months.
“Our goal is to improve the level of service to our clients by greatly reducing the need for third-party vendors. The creation of this department will not only allow for quicker response time but will also effectively mitigate maintenance costs for our clients,” said Fisher.
Hold-Thyssen Real Estate Services currently manages more than 20 properties in the Central Florida area that total just over one million square feet of retail, office and industrial space.
