Audi is comingto Lakeland! With the purchase of eight acres directly fronting on I-4, just west of US 98, Bruce Qvale will build Audi Lakeland, which will become a great addition to his distinguished list of premier dealerships. Taking ownership of the site under the name of KBC Properties II, LLC, the Qvale legacy continues in Central Florida. The Qvale Family is known for being one of the first to import sports cars to the US on a large scale, starting with the MG back in the 1950’s, later adding the Aston Martin, Austin-Healey, Jaguar, Maserati, Bentley and Rolls-Royce. The I-4 site owned by the Louise W. Moore Family Trust was sold by commercial broker Lisa Parks Abberger of Hauger-Bunch, Inc. representing the seller, and by Rick Hayden and Mark Gainer of RE/Max Realtec Group, representing the buyer. The site is sized to support two dealerships, each with up to 40,000 square feet of showroom and buildings. The engineer for the project is Spring Engineering. As evidenced by this project, Lakeland continues to grow along the I-4 corridor, providing a market alternative to Tampa and Orlando.
