New Rococo Executive Chef, Shane Stone and Caledon Concepts Corporate Chef, Daniel Graves, have introduced new menu additions featuring herb crusted prime rib, daily seasonal specials, and Yukon gold whipped potatoes. Guests will still find their same menu favorites including the area’s largest selection of grass-fed beef, artisanal mac and cheese, bacon flight and quinoa.
Corporate Chef Daniel Graves has over twenty years of experience in food service management. After long careers with Malio’s in Tampa and managing multiple high-volume concepts for Harrah’s in Illinois, Daniel was most recently Chef Partner with Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse. Daniel began working with the Caledon Concepts team earlier this spring. New Executive Chef, Shane Stone, comes from steak country in Dallas, Texas, where he worked at Charlie Palmer before beginning a career with Eddie V’s that brought him to Tampa as part of their opening team.
“The key to any successful organization is continuous improvement. That is exactly what we have done here. The new culinary team’s seasonal specials are already becoming guest favorites,” states Joe Orsino, CEO of Caledon Concepts.
The prime rib, which is available nightly, will be introduced as a special prix fixe dinner on Sundays for $30 per person that includes the chef’s seasonal salad, starch and vegetable of the day, and dessert. The special begins on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15, and will carry through the summer.
About Rococo Steak
Recognized by New York Times, Forbes Magazine and USA Today, Rococo Steak is a modern departure from the traditional steakhouse. The chic, urban steakhouse offers a larger selection of small steaks, including unique grass-fed options, more playful appetizers, craveable side dishes, and fresh interpretations of classics like prime rib. The atmosphere provokes intimacy and romance, yet provides a spirited atmosphere for socializing.
Although named after an artistic movement centuries old and housed in a historical 1920s brick building, Rococo Steak is entirely new. For more information please visit rococosteak.com or www.facebook.com/rococosteak.
