Spring Hill, Florida (June 2, 2014) – Oak Hill Hospital announces that effective June 23, 2014 its outpatient rehabilitation services will be relocated to 11307 Cortez Boulevard on the west side of the Oak Hill Hospital campus.
The move is designed to provide easy access for Oak Hill Hospital’s outpatients who require rehabilitation services. The outpatient services will be located in the same building as the hospital’s Graduate Medical Education program.
