Tampa, FL – May 29, 2014 –George F. Young, Inc. is proud to welcome Daisy Mattice-Cline as the newest addition to their staff. Daisy will take over the duties as Utility Coordinator. She is responsible for identifying utility owners and their facilities, secure agreements, utility work schedules, and plans from the Utility Agency Owners (UAOs) ensuring no known conflicts exist between utility facilities design and construction projects. Daisy will also certify that all utility negotiations have been completed with arrangements made for utility work to be undertaken with financial provision in place.Daisy shall also certify that all known utility conflicts have been resolved on all Utility Work by Highway Contractor Agreements (UWHCA), if required.
Daisy joins GFY with over 13 years of experience in utility design and permitting. The utility designs included major infrastructure such as water mains, wastewater mains, reclaimed water mains, gas mains, pump stations, ASR wells, coaxial cables and electric. She has comprehensive experience in construction, inspection, coordination and planning of utilities on State, County and local highway and bridge projects.
