Shrimp Ceviche, made with citrus marinated shrimp along with peppers, cilantro and avocado. Served with vegetable crisps. Or Meatball Lollipops, veal, beef and pork. Or Margherita flatbread. Dinner Second Course (Choice of one) cup of tomato basil soup or sausage & lentil soup or lobster bisque or black olive Caesar salad or Carmel Cafe house salad. Dinner Third Course: (Choice of one) Chicken Madeira or braised short ribs served with a side of creamy Asiago polenta. Or basil grilled salmon on a bed of haricot verts topped with kalamata olive tapenade. Or spinach gnocchi finished in a Parmesan cream sauce.
