The Sushi Cooking Class will be held on Thursday, May 29th, 2014 at 6pm at Pier 22. Enjoy an up close and personal demonstration by Chef Greg Campbell as he guides the class through a hands-on sushi session teaching sushi preparation encompassing a variety of sushi styles. The cooking class includes a five course tasting and non-alcoholic beverages. The price is $29.95 per person or $39.95 to include two drinks from the bar, plus tax and gratuity.
The cooking class includes tastings of the following recipes; Edamame, California Roll, River Roll, Rainbow Roll and Ginger Ice Cream. Instruction themes also include learning how to cook rice to perfection, preparing sauces, selecting seafood, combining ingredients, and purchasing sushi equipment.
