Frontier Airlines today announced it will launch new nonstop service between Tampa International Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport, beginning Aug. 21. The low-fare carrier will offer flights on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The new service is part of a larger launch of nonstop Frontier flights between Washington Dulles and 14 destinations: Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, Orlando, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Chicago-O’Hare, Cincinnati, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Memphis, Fort Myers, St. Louis, and St. Augustine/Jacksonville.
To introduce the airline to new markets, Frontier has launched a 12-hour sale today with introductory fares as low as $15 each way. One-way $39 fares will also be offered through May 17. Tickets may be purchased at www.FlyFrontier.com.
Currently in its 20th year of operations, Frontier offers ultra-low fares to more than 75 destinations in the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. The airline operates from its primary hub at Denver International Airport.
