AFW Nursing is a staffing agency based out of Pennsylvania that provides Registered Nurses (RN’s), Certified Nurse Assistants (CAN’s), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s), Travelling Nurses and Home Care Nurses on a full or part time basis.
Max Q Fitness has expanded its South Tampa location into downtown St. Petersburg and has leased space for a fitness studio on the 1st floor lobby area of First Central Tower, according to Osprey Real Estate Services. “We are very excited to open this franchisee prototype studio located in this beautiful venue of St. Petersburg,” said inventor/founder Bob Kissel. MaxQ Fitness promotes a 15-minute total body workout followed by a 72-hour rest period guaranteed to decrease fat percentage and increase muscle percentage, simultaneously, made possible by exclusively patented computerized technology. Bob Kissel has plans for additional expansion and feels that this location will provide an easily accessible and quick workout to the tower tenants and area employees and residents. Osprey eagerly awaits for Max Q’s grand opening in the May/June time frame.
Trod Medical, an international medical device company headquartered in Leuven, Belgium and Paris, France, has opened an office in First Central Tower in downtown St. Petersburg. Trod was formed in 2006 by Dr. Andre Faure who developed significant expertise in developing innovative ablation technologies, particularly Radio Frequency (RF) ablation devices. Trod established collaboration with major medical research centers, such as Moffitt Cancer Center, New York University and University of Southern California, among others.
