ST. PETERSBURG, FL (May 8, 2014) – OT+9 Design founder and lead architect, Sean Williams, has been selected as a judge for the Fifth Annual Green Building Awards held by the US Green Builders Council’s (USGBC) North Florida Chapter. Williams will serve on the panel of judges evaluating the submissions and nominations for this year’s event.
“Sustainable building is paramount to preserving our environment for future generations and the USGBC is a driving force behind today’s green building efforts.” said Williams. “I am honored to have been selected to judge the North Florida chapter’s event and I look forward seeing this year’s submissions.”
This annual event will recognize and honor outstanding initiatives and projects in the North Florida region that are making an impact on the organization’s vision of a sustainable community for all. The Fifth Annual Green Building Awards Celebration gala will take place at The University of North Florida Boathouse on Thursday May 15, 2014 at 5:30 pm.
