Doliner received the award in recognition for his outstanding commitment to the legal community and to the Tampa Jewish Federation.
The Cardozo Society of the Tampa Jewish Federation is an honorary society for Jewish attorneys in the Tampa Bay area that celebrates the legal profession’s commitment to the principles of the Federation. The society sponsors programs that integrate Jewish and legal concerns and provides educational, leadership, social and networking opportunities for attorneys.
At Carlton Fields Jorden Burt, Doliner practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures including with respect to technology companies, manufacturing companies, electric utilities, telecommunications companies, hospitals, large physician practices, insurance carriers, broadcasting companies, retail internet businesses, food and beverage companies, foodservice and other wholesale distributors, veterinary specialty and emergency hospitals, companies in the building trades, and employee staffing businesses.
