SARASOTA, FL (May 5, 2014) – The Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (CWC-FPRA) will begin sales of its annual Media Directory at the 2014 Marketing Workshop & Luncheon which is open to the public and hosted jointly by CWC-FPRA, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance (LWRBA) and The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at Fete Ballroom at Polo Grill, 10670 Boardwalk Loop, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202. The Media Directory provides the most up to date list of media contacts throughout Sarasota and Manatee and beyond, including newspaper, magazines, television and radio. It also includes media tips and resources along with a directory of local Florida Public Relations Association members that can be a local resource. A PDF version of the directory will be provided along with an Excel file of the media contacts.

The Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) has been serving Florida public relations professionals for 70 years, having been founded in 1938 by Lt. Col. John W. Dillin. FPRA is the oldest public relations organization in the United States.
