Buyer plans to develop single-family units on property
DAVENPORT, Fla. (April 15, 2014) – Colliers International Tampa Bay has closed a 25-acre land sale in Davenport for $1.3 million. Verano Land Investments, LLC, purchased the vacant residential land and plans to rezone it to accommodate approximately 100 single-family lots.
Mark Eilers, Director of Land Services for Colliers International Tampa Bay represented the seller, Fifth Third Bank. The property is entitled as residential land and was priced to appeal to a buyer who could hold the property for development.
“Residential land currently is one of the most sought-after property types for investment,” said Eilers. “This land offers a great location on a major highway in a growth corridor, close to Orlando and Tampa, making it appealing to the buyer.”
The land is located on Four Corners Boulevard and Highway 27 in Davenport.
