Hernando County has scheduled its second community meeting to discuss the Kass Circle Neighborhood Revitalization Project. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Hernando County Library, Spring Hill Branch, 9220 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, Florida 34608.
Residents, business owners and property owners located in the vicinity of Kass Circle and Spring Hill Drive are invited to attend. The University of South Florida Center for Architecture and Community Design will lead participants through a draft concept that brings together the community’s ideas expressed at the February workshop.
The Kass Circle neighborhood was the first mixed residential multi-family neighborhood and business district laid out in the original Spring Hill Master Plan. The planning phase of the Kass Circle Revitalization Project is being funded by a grant from the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
