TRINITY, FLA. – Emerald Homes, a nationally renowned luxury builder, plans to bring its portfolio of executive and estate residences to The Champions Club, the exclusive golf-course community in southwest Pasco County.
According to Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., the community’s developer, Emerald Homes intends to build floor plans ranging from 3,820 to 4,432 square feet of living space, priced from $800,000. It also plans to build a model home, which should open in the fall.
Texas-based Emerald Homes builds throughout the country including Alabama, California, Hawaii, Illinois, North and South Carolina, Texas and Washington. In Florida, Emerald Homes can be found throughout the state, including the Tampa Bay area and Sarasota.

The Champions’ Club overlooks the 18-hole championship golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club, which opened in 1994. More than half of this community’s 368 homesites border the golf course, while many others overlook nearly 45 acres of lakes, or heavily wooded conservation areas.
The Champions’ Club comprises seven Mediterranean-themed villages. Homes in some villages must provide at least 2,850 square feet of living space, while other villages require homes with a minimum of 3,800 square feet of living space. Residential pricing ranges from the $700s to more than $3 million including homesite.
The Champions’ Club features a Mediterranean-style clubhouse with a resort-style pool, sun deck, tennis courts and a state-of-the-art fitness center with his-and-her locker facilities.
The Champions’ Club adjoins the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity, one of the largest communities of its kind in the Tampa Bay area. Trinity also is being developed by Adam Smith Enterprises.
To reach The Champions’ Club welcome center from Pinellas County, take East Lake Road north to Trinity Boulevard, turn right and drive three miles to The Champions’ Club entrance on the right. Fox Hollow Golf Club is straight ahead. (From points north, take U.S. 19 south to Tarpon Springs Road and turn left.) Enter the community on Tamarind Boulevard, Fox Hollow Golf Club is straight ahead. Another route is to take Little Road south, and turn left on Trinity Boulevard.
From Tampa, take the Suncoast Parkway north to the State Road 54 exit and head west to Trinity Boulevard.
