OSPREY, FL (March 11, 2014) Join Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast for the opening and artist’s reception with fine arts painter Diane Mannion, on Tuesday, March 18, 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The exhibit entitled “In Full Color” reflects her award-winning style of colorful translation of light and shadow. The cocktail reception with remarks by the artist will be held at the foundation’s headquarters at Bay Preserve at Osprey, 400 Palmetto Avenue in Osprey. RSVP to 941-918-2100. Artwork is available for purchase. The exhibit runs March through May 2014 and may be viewed during the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Diane Mannion is an artist, author and teacher, with more than 30 years of experience as an illustrator. She paints almost daily, and teaches at Venice Arts Center, Englewood Art Center and Punta Gorda Visual Arts Center. Educated at Pratt Institute and SUNY, she exhibits throughout the Southeast, and is the winner of numerous awards including the Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine Award of Excellence.
