|Dade City, Florida — Arielle Management Group, LLC, a veteran-owned project management firm, announced today that it has moved into the SMARTstart Dade City Incubator located in the Dade City Business Center. The move is part of Arielle Management Group’s strategic plan to grow the business and develop a strong presence in Pasco County. Arielle Management Group recently relocated their business to Pasco from Louisville, Kentucky.
“It made perfect sense to establish my business in Pasco County because I live here now and have family in the area that call Pasco County home. I attended BIZGROW 2013 and learned about the SMARTstart program. It was at this event where I met Krista Covey, SMARTstart program director, and other wonderful entrepreneurs and learned about the great opportunities and resources available to help take my business to the next level,” said Nia Ogletree, CEO of Arielle Management Group, LLC.
Managed by the Pasco Economic Development Council, Inc., SMARTstart is the first program of its kind in Pasco County. SMARTstart is an innovative facility-based program where companies work in a collaborative environment with other small businesses. Residents have access to technical support coupled with the ability to network with other businesses, local organizations and community partners.
Ogletree added, “It’s wonderful to have a program where like-minded entrepreneurs can network with other small businesses, participate in workshops and seminars geared to business growth, and have the opportunity to be mentored by successful business owners.”
Ogletree is a veteran of the Peacetime and Gulf War Era who served on active duty in the United States Army, both during Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom. Ogletree added, “As a military veteran, I am used to working in a team environment, but during the relocation process to Florida, I found myself, at times, working in isolation as my team was located elsewhere. I am confident that this move will root me further into the community that I live, work and play. It’s great to have a connection with fellow business owners at SMARTstart and still collaborate with my team members across the country.”
Pasco EDC is putting the call out to all entrepreneurs looking to get a smart start in Pasco County. Krista Covey, SMARTstart program director said, “Arielle is one of five companies that have recently located in the SMARTstart Dade City Incubator. It has quickly filled up and we are in the process of expanding the Dade City incubator and soon launch another SMARTstart incubator in New Port Richey.”
The SMARTstart Dade City Incubator is located at 15000 Citrus Country Drive, Dade City, FL 33523. Small businesses and entrepreneurs interested in the resources available through SMARTstart should visit www.SmartStartPasco.com.
