TAMPA, Fla. — Lennar’s Central Florida Division will start construction of its newest community with 62 townhomes at Meadow Pointe, located off Meadow Pointe Blvd. just north of New Tampa in southern Pasco County.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said new townhomes at Meadow Pointe will range from 1,600 square feet of living area to 1,800 square feet.
Two models will get underway within the next 30 days, Metheny said.
Lennar’s townhomes at Meadow Pointe, with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, priced from the mid $100s, come with the homebuilder’s Everything’s Included pledge: a wide range of appliances, special features and upgrades including the homebuilder’s EcoSmart program, at one “Everything’s Included” price, Metheny added.
Meadow Pointe, an 1,800-acre designated CDD with several hundred acres of nature preserve, includes an array of amenities including swimming pools, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, playgrounds, nature trails and bike paths.
