|Sarasota, February 24, 2014 – All Faiths Food Bank is the proud recipient of funds raised through Harvest United Methodist Church’s annual 5K “Harvest Hustle” walk or run. Tara Poulton , chair of Harvest Hustle presented All Faiths Food Bank’s CEO Sandra Frank – also a participant – a check for more than $7,000. The popular event brings more than 300 runners and walkers together, and includes awards for best overall, Master, Grand Master, Top male and female in each age group and “Fastest Stroller.”
“I am a runner and this is one of my favorite events,” said Frank. “It is a wonderful combination of exercise, socializing, and enjoying the great outdoors, while helping to provide food for our neighbors in need. We are grateful to the many folks who participated and organized the run.”
