Tampa, FL-February 24, 2014-Tampa Bay Beer Week kicks off March 1-9 and Tampa Bay Brewing Company will participate in the community events that make Beer Week a sought after week-long event. Tampa Bay Brewing Company will feature 2 marquee events. Both events will take place at T.B.B.C. in Ybor City. On Tuesday, March 4th the 3rd Annual Beer Dinner will be held and then on Thursday, March 6th, The Night of Wood will be held. Tickets are on sale through T.B.B.C.
Tampa Bay Brewing Company 3rd Annual Beer Dinner: March 4th, 7pm
The 3rd Annual Beer Dinner will feature guest Brewery Thomas Creek from South Carolina. Thomas Creek opened in 1998 and has become increasingly popular across the southeast. Thomas Creek currently brews many Florida contract beers such as Orange Blossom Pilsner and Monk in the Trunk Amber. In addition, our own brewer John Rankin was a former Thomas Creek Brewer. The Beer Dinner will feature a collaborative brew in the style of an India Brown Ale. During the Beer Dinner, attendees will be the first to sample from a batch brewed at T.C.B. and sample from a batch brewed at T.C.C.B…Sampling the same recipe from 2 different breweries is a very unique opportunity! The beer dinner will highlight many special culinary and beer pairings to include a year old Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
Night of Wood: March 6th, 5pm
The Night of Wood is an arousing night of extremely Barrel Aged Beers. The Night of Wood will feature 8 special brews for this incredible event.

• Barrel Aged Midnight Crossing Black IPA

Randall Beers, infused with appropriate hops for style and soaked Oak Spirals
• McBrews Scotch Ale, Fuggles Hops, Oak soaked in Single Malt Scotch
• Moosekiller Barleywine, Willamette Hops, Oak Soaked in bourbon
• Old Elephant Foot IPA, Amarillo Hops, Oak soaked in Whiskey
• Ole’ Hop Hoarder Imperial IPA, Simcoe Hops, Oak Soaked in Whiskey
