|Bradenton, February 20, 2014, – The 21st Annual Tropical Nights celebration to benefit Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee will be held from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014, at Renaissance on 9th. The “Vegas Lights” theme will feature elaborate food displays, specialty drinks, live entertainment, casino-style games, interactive photo shoots, silent auction and raffles. New this year is a “Chill Lounge” tribute to the posh Las Vegas nightclub scene. All proceeds go to the programs of Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee, including The Food Bank of Manatee. The Master of Ceremonies will be Bob Harrigan, ABC7’s Chief Meteorologist.
Tropical Nights would not be possible without the support of the community and sponsors, underwriters, and program book advertisers. There are many levels of participation available from major event sponsor, to table, to advertising, and range in price from $100 to $10,000. Supporters of the event will receive recognition in the community for their generous good will through a wide variety of marketing promotions and on display at the event.
Sponsors to-date include Boar’s Head, Bradenton Herald, Bright House Networks, Cool Today, Florida Power & Light, Johnson Printing, Living on the Suncoast, LGM Contracting/Merucci Equipment Company, Re-Ex Insurance Brokers, and South Florida Museum.
