LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL (March 20st, 2014) – On Thursday, March 20st 2013 from 11 AM-1:30 PM, Community Haven for Adults and Children with Disabilities, Inc. will be hosting their annual Tea at one of John Cannon’s signature model homes—the Akarra II located at 16019 Topsail Terrace in the Vineyards at the Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch. John Cannon is a long term supporter of Community Haven and his company, John Cannon Homes, exemplifies their motto: legacy, perfection, and excellence in their 3,399 heated square foot 3 bedroom, 4 bath Akarra II model home which features a magnificent master bedroom retreat with a spacious sitting area overlooking the pool and outdoor living room; a huge walk-in closet with fine cabinetry organizers; and a massive master bath with brick barreled ceilings, an Italian-tiled shower with dual shower heads, and an over-sized freestanding soaking tub.
