TAMPA, FL – P.J. Whitaker, the 12 year old host of PJ Sports Talk celebrates his three year anniversary as the youngest weekly sports talk show host in the country. PJ talks about the latest buzz in sports and highlights from the week’s top games.
“I’ve always had a love for sports,” explains PJ. “My radio show is my way of sharing my passion with others about the sports world. One day I hope to become an ESPN host.”
PJ’s show topics include both college and professional sports such as basketball, football, baseball, and hockey. PJ also does a freestyle segment where he talks about WWE, Monster Jam, local events in the Tampa Bay area, and gaming especially Xbox. His first radio show broadcast was on February 19th, 2011 at the age of 9 years old. He’s been going strong ever since that fateful day. He also enjoys hosting live events and loves to dress up in a tuxedo as the master of ceremonies. PJ is a straight A student and on the principal’s honor roll in middle school.
