Tampa, Fla. – February 19, 2014 –Paul Messina, Jr., has joined the Tampa office of Greenspoon Marder as an associate in the Litigation group.
Concentrating his practice in the areas of civil and real estate litigation, Mr. Messina assists his clients with construction and homeowners association liens, chain of title litigation, collections, breach of contract, tax deed surplus, bankruptcy, interpleader actions and traffic court.
Mr. Messina is admitted to the Florida Bar and holds a court admission in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Business Law Section and Real property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is a member of the Real property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Messina earned his juris doctorate and master’s degree from Stetson University, and his B.S. in Accounting and Real Estate from Florida State University.
Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Messina was an associate in the Litigation department at Kass Shuler, P.A.
