The Tampa office of Arnstein & Lehr is pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Samsing from Associate to Non-Equity Partner.
Mr. Samsing’s practice within the firm is focused primarily on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, real estate and related commercial litigation.
Mr. Samsing, who received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Stetson University, recently co-authored an article with fellow partner, Ronald B. Cohn, titled “Foreclosure Crisis Presents Challenges for Lenders When Homeowners and Condo Associations are Involved.” The article was published in “The Bankruptcy Strategist,” a newsletter with submissions from some of the country’s top bankruptcy lawyers.
