TAMPA FLA – Walbridge announced today the award of Hillsborough County’s Court Facilities Renovations: Phase II project.
Work on this project will involve construction at two separate locations, the Court Annex Building and the Edgecome Courthouse. The Court Annex Building within its North, Middle and south Sections (referred to as North Tower, Center Annex and South Tower will require various interior and exterior building renovations at various floors. The Court Annex houses the criminal courts.
Renovation at the Edgecomb Courthouse will consist of interior courtroom build-out and associated offices at the 3rd floor. Edgecomb houses the family/civil courts.
The $14 million project will be phased with construction taking place from 6:00 pm – 6:00 am. Both Courthouses will be in use throughout the construction time which is set to complete in December of 2015.
